1. How We Can Help
Questoria Play provides recreational game facilitation and event activity services for private groups, organizations, and event hosts. Our team can assist with guided game sessions, team challenge activities, interactive scenario development, and coordination of recreational game programs.
You may contact us to ask about availability, request a proposal, discuss a custom scenario, provide event logistics, report an accessibility need, ask a billing question, request a cancellation or refund review, raise a privacy concern, or share feedback about a completed service.
To protect your information and help us respond efficiently, please use the most relevant subject and include only the details necessary for the request. Never send complete payment card numbers, card security codes, account passwords, government identification numbers, or unnecessary medical records.

2. New Booking Inquiries
For a new booking, provide enough information for us to understand the event and prepare an accurate response. A complete initial inquiry generally includes:
- Your name, organization name if applicable, and preferred contact information
- The requested event date, start time, approximate duration, and alternative dates
- The venue name, full address, and whether the location has already been confirmed
- The estimated number of participants and general age range
- The desired service, theme, level of customization, and purpose of the event
- Known accessibility needs, venue restrictions, language needs, or scheduling limitations
- The target budget or package range, if already established
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. A booking becomes confirmed only after we provide written confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment. Availability may change until those steps are complete.
3. Existing Booking Support
For an existing booking, include the Client name, event date, invoice or proposal number, and the specific change or question. This helps us locate the correct records and avoid changing the wrong booking.
Material changes to the date, venue, participant count, duration, theme, scope, staffing, or custom materials may affect price and availability. A requested change is not approved until we confirm it in writing. Please do not rely on a voicemail, automated receipt, or message sent to an individual facilitator as final approval.
Urgent event-day matters should be communicated using the instructions in the booking confirmation. If no separate event-day contact is listed, use the phone number shown on this page and identify the Client name and event location.
4. Billing and Payment Questions
For a billing question, provide the invoice number, transaction date, amount, payer name, and a description of the suspected issue. The last four digits of a payment card may be used for identification when necessary, but complete card details must never be submitted through this form or ordinary email.
We can assist with invoice clarification, receipts, duplicate charges, verified overpayments, approved refunds, and payment-status questions. Authorization holds and the time a completed refund takes to appear are controlled by the payment processor and financial institution.
Billing is governed by the Payment & Billing Policy. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Requests
A cancellation or rescheduling request should identify the booking and clearly state the action requested. The effective request time is when we receive the written request. If you first contact us by phone, please follow with a written message so there is a clear record.
Refund requests should explain the reason for the request and any relevant service issue. We may ask for supporting communications, photographs, supplier information, or other reasonable records needed to review the request. Do not submit duplicate requests through multiple names or payment disputes while a refund is already being processed.
We aim to acknowledge a complete cancellation or refund request within five business days. Custom-work calculations, third-party costs, payment-provider records, and unusual circumstances may require additional review.
6. Accessibility and Participation Questions
Contact us before confirmation if a participant may need a reasonable modification relating to mobility, seating, vision, hearing, reading, sensory stimulation, language, age, or another participation factor. Early notice gives us the best opportunity to recommend a suitable activity and coordinate with the venue.
Please describe the practical modification requested rather than sending detailed medical history. We will ask only for information reasonably necessary to evaluate the activity, staffing, materials, and site requirements.
Activity-specific limitations and participant responsibilities are explained in the Recreational Entertainment Disclaimer. Questoria Play provides recreational entertainment and does not provide medical assessment, treatment, personal care, or childcare.
7. Privacy and Data Requests
Privacy questions may include requests to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information; questions about our data practices; marketing preference changes; or concerns about an unauthorized disclosure. We may need to verify identity before responding to a request involving personal records.
Please do not include sensitive information that is not necessary to describe the request. Our handling of personal information, service providers, retention, security, and individual rights is described in the Privacy Policy.
A privacy request will not affect service access or pricing. Certain records may need to be retained for payment, tax, safety, contractual, dispute, or legal compliance purposes even when deletion is requested.
8. Intellectual Property and Content Concerns
If you believe content used by Questoria Play infringes a right you own or control, identify the material, where it appeared, the basis of your claim, and reliable contact information. Include a statement explaining your authority to act for the owner. Do not submit knowingly false notices.
For questions about using our scripts, game structures, artwork, photographs, facilitator materials, or other creative content, describe the intended use, audience, format, duration, and commercial context. No permission is granted unless we provide written authorization.
9. Complaints and Service Feedback
We welcome specific, respectful feedback. For a service complaint, identify the booking, describe what occurred, explain how the delivered service differed from the confirmed scope, and state the resolution requested. Prompt notice allows us to review facilitator notes, venue information, materials, and communications while they remain available.
We may offer clarification, correction, replacement materials, partial re-performance, credit, or refund when appropriate. A response to feedback is not an admission of legal liability. Nothing on this page prevents a consumer from contacting a regulator, payment provider, consumer protection agency, law enforcement authority, or court when the consumer has a lawful right to do so.
10. Response Times and Communication
We aim to acknowledge ordinary inquiries within two business days. Detailed proposals, custom scenario estimates, supplier verification, and investigation of a complaint may take longer. Messages received on weekends or holidays are reviewed on the next business day unless event-day arrangements state otherwise.
Please check that the email address and phone number supplied are accurate. We are not responsible for a delayed response caused by an incorrect address, full mailbox, spam filtering, blocked call, or unavailable Client contact. If a matter is time-sensitive, include the event date and urgency in the subject or opening line.
For security and accuracy, we may require written confirmation before changing a booking, issuing a refund, disclosing personal records, or approving intellectual property use.
